When we spent 3 months during the COVID quarantine at Mount Forge, I started off drinking beers. I bought a six pack of local beers and Nicole bought some Western Ciders. She offered me to try a cider and I didn’t buy a single beer the rest of the time we were out there. I was a beer to cider convert instantly. When I tell you that we lived on this stuff during the quarantine, I’m not joking. The cans you can buy at the gas stations and grocery stores in Polson are delicious. They also have a tasting room in Missoula where they serve their small batch flavors and sell bottles to take home.
