Cove Deli & Pizza – The Best Gluten-Free Pizza Ever Made

One of the hardest things to find is a really good gluten-free pizza. They are normally very thin, too crunchy, or taste like rubber. One day we decided to order the gluten-free option from The Cove and boy were we surprised. It was a thick, fluffy, and delicious gluten-free masterpiece. I can’t begin to tell you how thankful we were to find such good gluten-free pizza, and all the way in rural Montana nonetheless. Since Nicole has Celiac’s disease we’ve tried over and over to find a pizza that we both love and we’ve never found anything that comes close to how good The Cove’s is. The Cove has a cool vibe, a local feel, and a pretty deep menu full of great food along with an ice cream parlor. Strongly recommend getting dinner here and adding a huckleberry shake from Burgerville for dessert.
