How To Slow Grill Ribs – Huckleberry Honey Ribs Recipe & Huckleberry Honey Brussel Sprouts Too!
It was the AFC Championship game and my wife was stressed about her Titans playing the Chiefs (spoiler alert, they lost). I decided to slow cook some ribs with a special Huckleberry Honey recipe. We have a gas grill so I made sure to prep and season them properly. It was a delicious treat and super entertaining to see her watching the game at the same time!
Huckleberry Honey Ribs Recipe :
– one full rack of ribs
– olive oil
– garlic powder
– rosemary
– paprika
– lemon pepper
– huckeblerry honey
– your favorite BBQ sauce (I chose Headwater’s)
Directions :
– preheat grill to 250 degrees
– prep ribs in foil for grill
– season ribs with oil, garlic, rosemary, paprika, lemon pepper
– put ribs on indirect heat, meat side down for 2 hours
– after 2 hours, flip the ribs and cover with huckleberry honey
– meat side up on indirect heat for 30 more minutes
– add BBQ sauce
– meat side down on direct heat for 15 minutes
– bon apetit!
Huckleberry Honey Brussel Sprouts Recipe :
– brussel sprouts
– olive oil
– garlic poweder
– huckleberry honey
Directions :
– preheat grill 250 degrees
– halve brussel sprouts
– mix in large bowl brussel sprouts, olive oil, garlic powder, huckleberry honey
– place in baking dish and cover with foil
– place on grill indirect heat for 1.5 hours
